Compensation Systems Announces Sponsorship of The Blue Chip Awards

Compensation Systems, Inc. has been a proud sponsor of Blue Chip Business Award Program since 2000. The Blue Chip Business Award Program encourages business owners to celebrate their journey by sharing their story. The award, a symbol of strength and dedication, is given to a select group of companies each year. Recipients are selected by an independent panel of prestigious judges as embodying the spirit of business success.

The program, organized locally by Westpoint Financial Group, began in 1990 and locally hundreds of companies have participated. Originally founded nationally by Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company, the local competition has become a model for other regions. The program has expanded each year.

Over the course of the program, industries from computer technology to construction, financial services to medical services, and many more have been recognized.
